"Feeling Better" Thursday June 5th 2008

A quick update to my health before I go into the comic. I'm doing better after doing some things to help my CTS. The main thing I think that helped was sleeping with a beach towel wrapped around my arm to keep it straight. I didn't think it would do a thing and honestly after no improvement after the first night I was like the doctor is just talking out his ass. However by the beginning of this week I was feeling a lot better. The pain is relatively gone in my ring finger and the numbness is down to a general roaming tingle along the ridge of my hand and my ring and pinky finger. I did try and cut down my comic time in smaller chunks instead of doing it in big increments like I usually do and maybe that helped to.

And now to things that are more important such as the comic. I think it pretty much speaks for itself. Dave is obviously so enamored with Julienne that he is ready to die trying to bring her back from the Fuzen. I think we've all been that in love with someone and you really can't blame him for feeling that way. Tom is more of the friend who acts as the voice of reason when you're about to do something crazy like drive cross country to see that girl you are besotted with. If you look at the whole situation logically it would seem that Tom is doing the right thing. I am of the camp that there is no right thing. Sometimes when you're in love you do crazy things. It wouldn't be love if you didn't. Just who is right when the chips are all finally counted will be remain to be seen.

I think that's it for now. I should finally be joining the modern gaming era next week when I get a PS3. It's all about Metal Gear Solid 4. That and watching blue ray movies on my sweet new HD TV. Anyway I will let you know how that goes when we're all back here next week for what should be a very action filled comic that wasn't even meant to be. I actually added the next comic as I felt that for you not to see some hard core fighting between these two rivals would be kind of a cheat. So enjoy the lightning slingin', earth shakin' fun! P.S. - The fourth opening song for D. Gray-man is like the last three, super bad ass. Which means DGM has by far the best percentage of cool openings in Anime hitting1.000 for it's lifespan.
