Another late comic, but at least I can say I was sick as a dog on Wednesday night and that caused both the comic to be late and the Qualifying Sessions for the Cyber Formula game on the forum. I contemplated throwing up some filler and then just saving this comic for Monday, but I was said screw it and even if it's late, I still want to make this update. So here it is and I hope you like it.

That being said, this comic was real tough for me to draw. I tried drawing it mid day on Wednesday and my body just wasn't cooperating. my rough line art was a mess because I was so weak. I ended up keeping a few of the drawings and just redid the others on Thursday. The problem then came when I redid the line art on the computer because the drawn lineart was so out of whack. All told, I think the comic came out decent and I am proud of the extra work I put in on the computer side to cover for the fact I couldn't draw worth a beans for this comic.

The hemorrhaging on Kentan's chest seems real nasty. I had tried a couple of different effects to try and convey the damage done by the Tamon Resshin Ken and what you see here is what I thought looked best. I know I wouldn't want to be Kentan with a chest looking like it got crushed by a two ton weight.

Oh and Wrath is here? I'm sure the smarter of you can figure out who it is and if not you'll be in for a surprise. The identity of Wrath was never too heavily concealed, but maybe it is trickier than I think? Well at any rate you'll find out next week as Tom and Kentan now face insurmountable odds in the form of the Fuzen Wrath!

Oh and in case you haven't noticed it yet, I have added a favicon for Ninja Spirit. If you are using Firefox, it should show up in the address bar and in your book marks should you have NS bookmarked. For IE, you might need to rebookmark the page for the icon to show up in the top bar and your bookmark list. It's basically a tiny version of the 5 ninja symbols in the golden ring seen in the title logo for the comic. Just a little something to make NS stand out a bit more for you all.

Oh and since I haven't done this in a LONG time here are the first ten songs on my playlist while making this comic.

1. Hall and Oates - Private Eyes
2. Green Day - Hitchin' a Ride
3. The Knack - My Sharona
4. Jimi Hendrix - All Along the Watchtower
5. John Hiatt - Cry Love
6. Elvis Presley - Suspicious Minds
7. The All-American Rejects - Swing Swing
8. Sponge - Lucky
9. Jen Borges - Silvergrey
10. Twisted Sister - I Wanna Rock

River worked hard for this one.
