"Sickly" Monday - January 22nd, 2007

Sorry about the no comic today. I became deathly ill late Saturday night after work and I spent most of Sunday doubled over in pain and then lying on my side in a tired sweat. Luckily my computer sits pretty much next to my bed so I feebly checked my mail and such and then went back to bed. I mean I was so sick I didn't watch videos or read, which is what I tend to do when I am sick. I have no idea what caused it. I originally thought I just pushed myself a bit far because I pulled a 10 AM to 1 AM shift at the restaurant, but I don't think that was it. Anyway after waking up this afternoon I found out the pain has subsided but I still have a tenderness in my chest from where it was. Prozac is your friend kids. Anyway I figured I'd throw this sketch I did up since I really liked it and I need to put something up. I cant stand not putting at least up filler when I don't do a comic.

Anyway I should be healthy enough or Thursday's update so expect the comic then. I also9 shouldn't have to remind you that Monday's are not the night of the devil for they now make me choose between 24 and Heroes. I of course will want to watch the exploits of Jack Bauer, but my brother and dad are Heroes fans so I am outvoted. I will instead watch my personal hero fight terrorists of DVR. Damn yous!!

PS - The Season 2 PPGZ theme song is not even CLOSE to being as cool as the first season's. I hate when this happens. Even though you get sick of watching the opening over and over, it still sucks to then watch a completely new opening that isnt as good and be stuck watching that for another 26 episodes. Bleh.
