"Paper Fatigue" Wednesday - December 6th, 2006

Sorry guys, I know I said I'd have an update on Tuesday, but that paper hit me harder than I thought. I despise writing papers, but to couple that with not knowing anything that I was writing about made it worse. To make a long story short I was helping someone write a 20 page paper for their Masters level accounting class. The closest I've ever come to accounting is taking economics in high school... yeah. I finished it about a half hour before wit was due and I'll let you know how I did. To be honest I got the hang of the terminology, but I still think it might look like it was written by someone who had no idea what the F was going on. I mean say you majored in biology... if you were writing a master level paper I'm sure you wouldn't need to explain what mitosis is because it's such basic knowledge, it's assumed you and the professor know what the hell you're talking about and you don't have to go into a paragraph explaining mitosis. That was my big problem with this paper. I felt like I was going into half page explanations about things that the professor is going to be like why the hell is he even going over this obvious crap? Yeah. So hopefully the paper gets a passing grade. Otherwise I'd feel really bad.

Anyway here's what was going to be Monday's comic, but is now Thursday's comic. To be on the safe side why don't we just say there won't be a comic next Tuesday either and the comic will be up on Thursday. My vacation upstate is set for this weekend and I'm pretty sure it's going to be a crazy good time and chances are I'm going to be beat afterwards. You never know and I'll aim to try and at least have something for Tuesday.

So does this comic mean that Sydney is on Amatsu's side? I think you can say that. Since when is the next question I suppose. Or rather are we really going to see Izumi and Sydney throw down? It's highly likely. All I can say is that things are about to get CRAZY.

Oh on a side note, I realized that I reverted to drawing Sydney's eyes back to how they were originally drawn when I started Chapter 5. I went back to the look I had at the end of Chapter four and that might be why you think Sydney looks a tad different. Also I wanted to point out that I liked P1. The low angle shot up at Reiko came off looking nice.
