"Congrats To Joe" Wednesday - September 20th, 2006

First things first, I want to send a shout out to the fool of all fools living in New Zealand...

CONGRATS ON THE ENGAGEMENT!!

I don't know what's more amazing... the fact that the pickiest guy I know has finally picked a gal or that gal was actually sane enough to say yes. I've never really met his fiancée, but from what little I hear from her heard over the background of our phone conversations, I can say that I couldn't be more excited for Joe. She sounds like a perfect fit for him. In all honesty, I want to say right her and now that Joe, the real Joe, is the most stand up and respectable person in the world and even though I make fun of him, I think his fiancée couldn't have found a better guy. So congrats to both of you and I know everything will go mint for yous guys future.

Taking a back space to this revelation is this week's filler. This turned out to be one of my favorite drawings I've done so far. I really like the way it turned out. I blended the black lines with the background in some places and left it strong black in others to get kind of a blending in and out of the background feeling. I hope it works and I hope you like it.

Gearing up for the continuation of Chapter 5. I hear that there's some predictions going on in the forum and to help get the ball rolling on that I want to say that any predictions that do get mentioned, I will talk about in my posts here. The first real one that was posted by Matthew was that Julienne was joining with Kimen to get infused with Amatsu's blood much like Kentan had done. Saying while she will still be with the good guys, she will actually become a spy. The other was the ever popular Key is really evil which was propagated by Noshiko, but was currently discussed by HellComet. He chose to go the  Key is behind the whole thing and is an evil mastermind angle.

Phrew... Okay lets see what I can do with this... I think observant readers can figure out who Jules was talking to at the end of Chapter 4. All I can say is that Jules is starting down a path many of us have been faced with before. Just how far she will go and just how real it is will be revealed in the following chapter as the long awaited confrontation between Tom and Dave comes to a head. Although I think a far more devious clue planted right before reader's eyes might be the bigger surprise... As far as key is concerned, I don't like to say things are certain one way or another. It'd be really crazy if Key was the one responsible wouldn't it? Although I think the clues to Key's true self are also presented in both her character's actions so far and my posts. Not to say I won't change my mind... Anyhow keep those predictions coming and I'll see you back her on Monday.
