"The side story begins..." Wednesday - August 3rd, 2006

As you can see the fans have chosen Schism to be the side story that I'll be working on before I start Chapter 5 when I arrive in Japan. Fr now it looks like this should be a 4 or 6-parter so I'll try and keep everything moving quickly to get everything I want to get in, in. The pace might be a touch faster than what you're used to, but I hope you can bear with me.

As for the other stories, there's a chance you might get to see them in the future, but for now we'll have to stick with Salem St. George. I'm surprised by how well the Misaki Legend choice did and seeing as you all want more back back story, I will be sure to include that in the future 3 chapters. As for Jack, that will have to be a mystery that lasts for next time. It's a rather serious story and I want to make sure to give it and the subject matter it represents the proper attention.

Any who... I am currently living on Long Island and it's been a rough adjustment being back. I was hoping to maybe swing into Otakon again this year, but alas I didn't have the flow for it. Dave will be going and if you see some super intelligent kid wearing glasses and looking like Dave Btwys-y-Cawr, then don't hesitate to say hi. I'm sure if you manage to track him down amidst the chaos at Otakon, he'll be more than happy to say hi and let you know what a nut job being friends with me can be.

So we're going into this Schism short story full steam starting next Monday. I hope you all enjoy it!!
