Welcome back to the comic. I know it's been a while and I thank each and everyone of you who helped me out through the tough time during which the comic was down. I cannot lie, drawing today's comic was hard. First it was physically tough because my entire right arm and shoulder are sore from throwing close to 50 baseball pitches down at the park on Saturday. My hand wouldn't stop shaking while I tried to draw. Second, I'm incredibly rusty after not drawing for almost a month. Most importantly though was that it was emotionally tough to get this done. When your life undergoes a total change and you don't even know where you'll be a month from now when you thought you had everything planned out for the rest of your life things like drawing are tough. For me drawing this comic is an OCD like routine and doing it when my life is completely different was very tough. I know this comic isn't the greatest, but it could be the one I was most proud of getting done. Of course it would be completely pompous of me to say this got done without help and I want everyone who sent me email or a message to know that this comic is dedicated to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can't say I won't go crazy again when I have to up and move out, but I know I won't be alone.

Anyway in less emotional news I want to point out the small upgrades to the site. The comic logo which was for a long time an eye sore for me has finally been changed. This newspost section has been upgraded as well and hopefully it's alot easier to read in this box. If you liked it better e-mail me and let me know. The little animation in the title bar has also been upgraded.

However, the biggest news is the opening of the Battle of Spirit 300 contest. Once again I will be having a huge popularity contest where fans of Ninja Spirit will decide who is the most popular Ninja Spirit character. However before the voting begins everyone has a chance to fill out a bracket on who they think will win. The person who gets the most points will win a commemorative Spirit 300 poster!! The deadline to enter this contest will be the end of this week at 11:59 PM on Friday May 5th. I will not accept entries after this date so please be sure to enter before then. The official rules, site, and entry form can be reached by clicking the Battle of Spirit button up above. The voting will begin next Monday and will continue every weekday till we hit the big 300th strip. Even if you don't enter the contest be sure to visit the site every day to vote on a different match up to make sure your winner advances in the Battle of Spirit and becomes the most popular Ninja Spirit character!!
