"Looking Ahead" Wednesday - July 20th, 2005

Well today's fanart is courtesy of Noshiko. Noshiko is one of the Ninja Spirit Forum regulars and from what we know of him from the boards, he's one hip and groovy guy. Thanks go out to him for his take on our very own Johannesburg Michelangelo Lockhart the Tenth. I'm not sure what info of his to post so I'll just give you the website he links from his forum profile and his DeviantArt page listed off that. A very different art style, but it's very appealing for those who like it's rough nature. So again thanks Noshiko!!

Now that reminiscing about Chapter Three has ended it's time to look forward to Chapter Four. What you should begin to see now is the first glimpse of the true enemy that awaits the heroes of Ninja Spirit. While he was hinted at and shown very vaguely, Amatsu Mikaboshi is now alive and breathing in the world of man. What this means of course is that he is no longer an ethereal being or just Spirit energy, but a flesh and blood being. Amatsu can now begin his plans which will bring about the downfall of the race of Homo Sapiens.

His secret ninja force called the Fuzen has been seen a bit more than the leader himself, but there are those still seen in one shots like Caine or Dai. The background and story of these enemies and how they will affect the heroes themselves will now be told. While I will not give you anymore head's up about anyone dying, I can say do not expect anyone to be safe.

I have probably already mentioned that some character redesigns have been in the works and you'll be able to see them very soon. As you can guess, the character who never keeps his hair the same from Chapter to Chapter will once again change his hairstyle and you'll be able to see the changes as early as next week. As for others you can probably guess that those who have changed in the past might continue to change again.

Finally we have the story of what is going on between our heroes. Joe and Yuki still seem to be cold towards one another. Tom and Julienne talk about what their relationship really is and that in turn will be affected or effected by the presence of the Super Mega Ultra Genius. There is also the question of just what kind of lingering effect Hello Kelly's death will cause everyone. Be on the look out for new characters, both good and bad. Mystery's get solved, but new ones take their place. The ninjas of good try and defeat Amatsu and his minions, but just who is the true enemy?
