"Ninja Spirit returns" Sunday - April 24th, 2005
I hope you didn't miss me too much. I'm glad to be back after a week off and I'm damn ready to get back into the swing of things. I liked the way this one turned out really. Dave returns as does Tom. The latter it seems has not died. You'll get some more explaining next comic, but things are setting up for a match up of epic proportions!
On a side note I went and saw Kung Fu Hustle this weekend and I loved it. I recommend it to anyone who wants to see a campy Kung Fu movie with a bit of off beat, at times cartoony, humor. I was thoroughly amused by it and the whole knife scene was classic. Of course those of you looking for a polished action movie will be disappointed so be aware. While some scenes, like the one with the musicians facing the 3 kung fu masters was pretty bad ass, it's more akin to a comedy than an action movie. Two thumbs up!
