"Possible break next week" Wednesday - April 13th, 2005
I just wanted to mention beforehand that there might not be any comics next week. I'll try and get them done, but doing comics while having company visit for multiple days was a killer last time. Just so you know of course.
But hey the Battle of Spirit is rapidly approaching the end. Two more matches to go till we crown the most popular character in Ninja Spirit through the second 100 comics. That's also two more matches till we have a winner for our Battle of Spirit contest. I won't ruin the suspense by telling you who is eliminated and who's still in the running, but with all the possible outcomes of the last two fights, three people remain in the running for grand prize. It's going to come down to the wire!!
A note on today's comic, I was generally pleased with the way it turned out. What you might not know is that P1 was sketched out as far back tro the time when I was still drawing the beginning of Chapter One. I just liked the way the pose turned out and while I wasn't happy with Yuki's pose at the time, I've gotten good enough to make it better. Maybe I'll throw up the original sketch if I could find it.
That Dave just figures everything out though doesn't he?
