"CCG in Ninja Spirit?!" Sunday - July 18th, 2004
Weekend was more moving, so I won't bore you with the details. Instead I'll focus on the comic. A good one it was at that. I don't know about the rest of you, but I love P8. It just seems to capture the movement and the atmosphere beautifully. One of my best in my opinion. The rest came out pretty decent with only one or two panels that I are subpar.
Man you'd think that wearing identity concealing cloaks and hanging out with a goddess would mean you'd be a little better prepared than Reynard was in this comic. Though I think it would also be a mistake on anyone's part to assume that this is the extent of Reynard's strength. Regardless I don't mean to take anything away from the unveiling of Dave's new technique, the "Lightning Extinction". Instead of producing one single bolt from his spear. Dave instead channels electricity in the air and forces down multiple bolts onto a target of his choice. Not many might've caught it, but Dave did hint that he had a new technique back when he was fighting Tom. He didn't call it by name of course, but he did refer to it as "that". Would Dave have been able to take Tom if he hadn't been hit with the Seppu Jishin Dan? Only a rematch will tell I suppose...
Anyhow, look for more action on Thursday... but before I leave I want to send a message to all you forum goers.
