"Happy Holidays to one and all" Wednesday - December 24th, 2003
So here on Ninja Spirit's very first Christmas we have the very first NS guest strip. Well more like a guest panel. The artist is none other than the famous Rob A from Syracuse. Way to go Rob. Heh. He had actually planned out a whole strip that would use the scene above as a parody of the infamous Dragonball Z scene in which Son Gokuh turns Super Saiyajin for the first time. Had he finished he was going to plan on having Lord hawk sort of blow up Joe right before Yuki gets to the lighthouse and then have the panel you see above. It's still way cool that he drew the above panel and I thought it'd be a treat for you all.
Although really I'm sure many of you are expecting a comic right? Sure you are. Well the comic will be up later. Most likely later on Christmas day and if not then definitely by tomorrow. Think of this guest strip almost as a bonus for the holidays!! I have Spirit 78 done, but again since I am celebrating the holidays at The Kelly's house it puts a damper on how often I can update the page. Not that I'm complaining!!!!! JEEZ....
I hope you are all having a wonderful Christmas Eve. I know I am. I suppose I should go into all the usual holiday greeting and stuff, but I think I'll keep it simple and say that no matter what you believe or what your faith, remember that we're all really just hairless apes who come in all shapes and sizes. We're all brothers and sisters and though we may not get along all the time, we should respect and love each other just the same. Be happy that you are with loved ones and send your thoughts to those not able to be home or are never coming home.
