Comic for Monday December 15th, 2003

"Snow, Nothing but F'in Snow" Sunday - December 14th, 2003

For those of you not in the Syracuse, NY area be glad cause it hasn't stopped snowing since early this morning. There's like a ridiculous 1 to 2 feet of snow on the ground. I, myself am stuck at The Kelly's house and now with no way home, I will be camping out on the air mattress in the living room. As it is, the comic is being done from her house so I had to jury rig a it of the html to make things work properly.

However since I am at her house then I need to cut this short because it's late and I'm sure no one appreciates having me typing away in the middle of the night.

Can you wait for The Return of the King? I can't. How upset will we all be if it sucks? I think that would be the biggest let down in the history of let downs. I mean we're talking Ryan Leaf proportions. From Justin to Kelly proportions!!

Oh and before I forget be sure to check out Angels 2200. It's a web comic that is currently flirting around at the top of the Buzzcomix website. The best I can describe it is if I said it's a combination of Top Gun, Wing Commander, Nadesico, and errr... some movie about lesbians. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but even should very slight lesbian themes disturb you, you should still check out Angels or it's excellent art and even better storyline.

Originally the whole football arc was going to go on for at least 2 or 3 more strips, but I decided to put an end to that for two reasons. One being that there was no need for it really since this is an action comic and not a sports comic. The second being that the fan base not might be into the sport as much as I am. There's nothing wrong with that and I think it helps to keep me on track.

The only down side is that there should've been another panel for this comic, but since I wasn't home and didn't have access to my scanner, it had to be cut. I'll see if I can fit it in the next strip or if it would work with it being cut all together. Either way the story will now move on and I'm sure many of you can't wait to see exactly how this whole Homecoming Dance is going to work out. Will Yuki have the courage to ask Kelly to the dance? Will Joe go alone?

See how I work this all out? First we go with the over the top macho man football thing and then we do some more soapy love feeling things. I try my best to keep you all happy. Well except for Joe. I do my best to keep him as miserable as possible. Heh...
