"All our thoughts go to Cali" Wednesday - October 29th, 2003

I'm running late so I won't have to big of a post tonight. I do want to make sure I take the time to say that my thoughts go out to everyone out in California. My friend Brian lives out in the San Diego area and has been letting me know just how crazy it is out there. Luckily, he hasn't had to evacuate or has been in the path of serious danger. So for Brian, his family, and everyone else out there in the Sunshine state, I'll keep you guys in my thoughts and I hope that you will be able to somehow enjoy the upcoming Halloween holiday.

Speaking of Cali, my sister lives out there right now and my brother is looking into moving there next year. I guess if you're cool then you move out west. I am not that cool and so I keep my frozen ass here in Syracuse.

Halloween is this weekend and I think it's Misaki Yuki cosplay time for me. The only thing I have to figure out are Yuki's gloves. I mean where the hell do you even get gloves like that? Well we'll see what I can do. I'd go as Joe, but I don't want to be laughed at.

I want to try and draw a bonus pic for Halloween, but we'll see if I can get it done or not.

Hey, hey it's Reiko!! Did you see that one coming? I'll probably explain this again later, but Nogitsune are the evil or void Kitsune fox spirits. As compared to Tenko who is a Myobu heavenly Kitsune. As you can see, Reiko also happens to be a 3 tailed Kitsune, which means he is a few hundred years older then Tenko as well as more powerful. Hopefully this explains how Lord Hawk came into being. I still have some explaining to do as just how Yuki managed to figure out to break Lord Hawk's sunglasses and such.

I think the art itself in Spirit 64 was very good and I am proud of the work that I've been able to accomplish in the 8 months that I have now been doing this comic. Thanks for reading as always and have a very Happy Halloween!!!
