| Wednesday - June 11th, 2003 SSDD. The Kelly and I are in the process of watching the Animatrix. It is superb and you should check it out to see what some of the best in the anime industry are capable of. You should also check it out if you are a fan of the Matrix movies. And good lord, I will NOT start up about Reloaded again. For those that care, my friend Joe is in Europe for a ten year vacation. Actually it's not that long, but to many of us, it's not long enough. If the weather holds up, then I foresee a trip to Darien Lake. When I was a kid, I was deathly afraid of rollercoasters. These days, they won't ever make one too fast, too tall, or too scary that I won't go on. Plus when I first started liking rollercoasters, I hated the big hill, high speed ones and preferred the ones with loops and rolls. Again, these days it's the opposite. I find things with loops kind of boring. Now a super coaster that drops you 200-300 feet and an 80+ degree angle is what I'm talking about. My dream is to get to Cedar Point in Sandusky. We're talking roller caster heaven people. Hell, I just checked their site and they just built a new roller coaster called the Top Thrill Dragster. It is the fastest and tallest rollercoaster in the universe. We're talking 420 feet in the F'in air and going a fuck me freddy 120 mph my friends. If you go to the cedar point web site you can see this monstrosity towering over everything. Sure it's a back and forth, but it's back and forth going up over 400 feet and coming down at 120 mph all at a 90 degree angle. I'd go on it in a heartbeat. So on to the comic. I can't say I'm too happy with the comic. I've been trying different things with the backgrounds and this is the first time I've actually just made one up from scratch with no scanned hand drawn image to start with. I'm not that happy with it, so I'm sure I won't be going down that road too often anymore. The sky looks pretty decent as does the window in panel 2. I'm trying to catch my breath from all these location changes. I think we've been everywhere around Kawasaki in the past three weeks. Again this comes after spending a month in the back section of the high school. Though I think we're going to settle down now. So enjoy Kelly's room. I'll make it as realistic as possible. On a side note, what the hell am I going to do when Potter 5 comes out? I won't stop till I finish the book and the comic needs to be drawn. Can I resist the Potter? We'll soon find out.
