It was Kelly's birthday this weekend. She hadn't been feeling good all weekend though so I felt bad. We were going to go see the Matrix Reloaded on Saturday, but we opted to just go home after dinner. Maybe we'll get a chance to see it this upcoming weekend.

Speaking of which, Kelly and I will once again be heading down to Long Island. I don't know what the schedule will be like, but I hope everything turns out fine.

I note here that I saw the first 4 Animatrix spots and I have to say that I liked all of them. I'm biased towards anime in general, but they were very well done and if you get the chance to check them out, do so. They have the first four on the official Animatrix site and I know you can get the other 5 if you look hard enough.

There really isn't much else to discuss right now. So I'll move on to Spirit 19. Here we begin to see the sings of Tenko's somewhat youthful inexperience shine through. He seems to know what's going on, but does he really? We also see the appearance of a very minor character for now. It's the dean of the high school and I tried to give him a more intimidating look then I remember the deans at my high school having. Those fat F's.

I have also run another running gag in an attempt to recycle old art. I like it, but I gotta stop you know? There's only so many times you can keep going to the well. Also for those of you who are wondering if you are seeing things, all I can say is yes you are. It was completely intentional.

River feels introspective.
