Comic for Monday May 12th, 2003

Busy and painful week my friends. Work is going well. I worked a 6 day week last week cause they needed extra people for commencement at SU. I didn't see Bill there, but I did see him when he went to the State Fair a year or two ago. It was sorta cool I guess.

It's been painful cause my tooth is killing me. The pain started right around Thursday night and has continued to this late hour. It alternates from being unbearably painful to a low throbbing pain which is tolerable, but you still know its there. I tell you, a toothache sucks worse then anything else man. It's like a pain that you just can't get out of your head no matter what the hell you try to do. Now that I have insurance, I am going to the dentist and see what I can do. At this point I just want him to take the fucker out, but I don't want my teeth all meat lookin so I'll explore my options. However I will say if the pain lasts past this week, I don't care if I look like the son of meat and the Union Yeti, that sucker is getting pulled.

X-2 was good so go see it.

Survivor was good enough for me to want to watch the next season when it comes on. I wish the crazy guy coulda won. However, anytime you answer a question like "which modern leader did you try to emulate when trying to play this game?" with "Colin Powell" you deserve to lose. Period.

I know the season finale was two weeks ago, but for anyone who watches John Doe, can you believe that the snowcap man was Digger? Shoulda seen the signs, but my vote was on a John Doe clone or something along those lines. That show rules. I can't wait for the second season.

Spirit 17 starts off month 3 in style with the return of Tenko. I'm sure you'll enjoy the Myobu Kitsune's return. I enjoyed it and it segues into the next sequence rather well I think. Of course this strip feature the newer designs of Tenko. You can see the subtle differences by going back and looking at Tenko's first appearance in month 1.
