Comic for Thursday April 3rd, 2003

It's April at last!! It's still snowing in Syracuse!!! It never ends I tell you. 

So recently not only have I been getting back into the old video games, but the food from the times as well. For anyone going to college, you understand that ramen is a staple of life. I've always eaten ramen since I was a wee lad and I'll never understand why people dont use the soup stock for soup, but rather to coat the noodles as a grainy flavoring. UGHHH.

Then again I don't understand why people would attempt to eat spaghetti sauce as is either, but I digress.

So anyway I'm on this ramen kick and so for me that not only includes your basic ramen, but Cup-o-Noodles as well. So I heated up some water... I was about to say cooked heh... to pour into the Cup. Water boiled fine and dandy. I went to pour the water in the Cup and instead poured it all over my F'in hand. 

Needless to say I ran around and screamed like a girl (ie Joe).

So now my left hand is all taped up and hurts like hell. I did however save the Cup o Noodles and eat like a college king. I'm still pissed I hurt myself in such an idiotic way though.

Spirit 6. It was fun to make since really, I only had to draw two out of the four panels and I liked the joke a lot. I mean when is Scott Baio NOT funny? Also I think this is the first time you actually see the characters from the waist down. Just so you know they're not legless freaks. (Side Note: In a future strip, I did forget to draw the legs and had to subsequently crop the image to make the character NOT look like legless freaks. I'll make a not to point it out when the strip is posted.)
