Biography

Not much is known about Masamune. He lives by himself in a secluded and secret pocket of land high in the Kanto region of Japan. His location is only known by the Koga ninja. However now that the Koga have all been eliminated the last person to know where to locate him is Misaki Yuki.

Masamune is a legendary bladesmith who created numerous weapons for the Koga ninja. Although he has not created the Go Shintai weapons, he does know of their existence and their link with Spirit. As such he is able to reforge or repair any existing Go Shintai with the help of the wielder.

Notes
Masamune is advanced in age, but there were rumors that he himself used to be a ninja and possesses a number of techniques and powers. He has been linked with the god Susanowo and could have been the previous ninja of said deity.
