Biography

Sakurai Izumi grew up within the ranks of the Koga Clan elite. She was chosen as their representative to become the next Ninja of Tsukiyomi and joined Misaki Daisuke of the Iga Clan to discover who would eventually take the mantle.

After Daisuke betrayed the Clans, it was assumed Izumi would become the Ninja of Tsukiyomi by default, but she was passed over by the god Tsukiyomi himself in favor of Misaki Yuki.

She was sent to the US by the Koga Clan to retrieve all the Go Shintai that had been kept hidden by the Iga, but has since acknowledged that Yuki is the true Ninja of Tsukiyomi and is currently helping the latter repair the Hyourinken.

Notes
Izumi is a blend of speed and trickery. While her spirit use is limited due to the nature of her Go Shintai being an imperfect weapon. Currently she can use up to Engetsu level techniques perfectly and struggles with Hangetsu level. She can however call forth a Mangetsu Ice Blade, but can do little more than block using it due to the concentration level required of her to summon it. She supplements her attacks with modern day ninja technology such as bombs, tracking devices, and other such devices.
