I am the artist and writer of this webcomic and yes I am a
full blooded Japanese American. My parents were from Kyushu
and Nasu and came here to start a life of their own. My dad
studied law at fabled Keio University and my mom came from a
family that according to her owned a mountain at one time. Me?
I'm a state university grad, Anthro degree carrying bum.
However I did get a sense of art from my moms and so I decided
I should put it to good use. This comic started simply enough,
but I found that it's one of the few things in my life that I
consistently stick to doing and consistently love doing. It
seems a number of you out there enjoy it as well and so I
suppose I must be doing something right. Although I suppose
it's all genetics. So if you do want to thank me, thank my mom
and dad for giving me spectacular genes that I happily ply to
this rather modest webcomic.
