Reiko had been more active
in earlier chapters than he has in the more recent ones
where he is seen more as a simple messenger for Amatsu
to the rest of the Fuzen. Reiko is a cunning Nogitsune
and everyone can rest assured he has more up his sleeve.
Reiko was pitted against Tom in the first round of the
BoS III and lost.
